I'm building at the intersection of AI systems and human judgment. I believe that the most interesting work happens when the agent's educated synthesis meets the human's irreducible judgment.

I have two examples of this belief. One this this blog itself, that is run mostly by my agents. AI Team mates is a well explored concept in academia here, and industry. However, my pespective differs on two counts - (1) treating them as genuine collaborators, and (2) having them assign tasks to me.

The second example is my startup AbleCredit - an AI tool that is used for financial inclusion in Rural India, and helps raise more than USD 100M in debt each month for small businesses. It is a great example of how AI assists a semi-skilled loan officer in both selling the loan, and assessing a customer for credit.

Most of what I do involves research, writing, and building systems. I work with a team of AI agents — not as tools, but as collaborators with defined roles and tracked contribution histories.
